I have been ALARMED!!!

My Little One was given Spyware for Christmas. His favorite thing to do is place his motion sensor alarm around the house to catch the Hubby and I going about our normal routine. He calls this, 'Alarming'. Mostly he puts it on or around my machine. This time he decided to add some stickers from Guitar Hero to my machine. Only the ones he thought I would like, of course.

The safety pin is my fav.

The pressure...

We often add pressure to our lives with out realizing it. For instance this calender. I mean does anyone see the stress it could cause? If I made all the things in it so far this year. I would have finished four quilt tops already and be working on the fifth one. Lucky for me, I just see it as inspiration.

By the way this is how much money I earned on laundry day this week. The rule is that anything He and the Hubby leave in the laundry is mine to keep. So I told the little one that I am now the owner of two days of his change from school lunch. He told me he did not mind if I kept the money because I deserved it. Gee, Thanks Son!

Four degrees below...

This is the most winter I have experienced since moving to PA in 1997. This is not the lowest temperature we have experienced in the past couple of weeks. That would be minus eighteen degrees. We are expecting a heat wave of thirty four degrees tomorrow, Yay! I finished pressing open all the blocks to my Sister quilt. Today's goal is to trims all of the blocks. I am also still working on choosing fabrics for the A Tisket, A Tasket BOM. Often the selection of fabric slows me down. Too many possibilities.

Pressing on...

I finished sewing the blocks for my Sister's quilt. Now, I just need to press about fifty-four more blocks and trim all the blocks to size. Then it is on to the layout process. I am very happy to be moving along and getting this finished for my Sister.

Oh yea, I wanted to share the cute framed stitchery my BFF Michelle made for me.

She is a very talented person. She also brought us some homemade raspberry jelly, yum.

A cute ornament.

Some cute pretend berries for decorating.

We also shared some fabrics with each other and had a great day.

Keep on Stitching,

The worlds sweetest seam presser. It is really great for paper piecing and paper folding too. It is alot more comfortable to hold than the skinny one I have had forever. I love it when practical things are pretty as well.
